Who loves a good smelling home? This girl! I have been hearing great things about Pura, a smart home fragrance diffuser, so I decided to give it a try. I am the kind of girl that is constantly lightning candles, so I wanted to see how this device compared to my beloved candles.

Pura holds two scents and is controlled by an app. This makes it SO easy and fun to switch fragrances, change scent intensity, select night light color and schedule when you want the device to turn on. I love seasonal scents and Pura had plenty to choose from. I decided to go with “Pumpkin Spice” for Fall and “Volcano” for a year-round fragrance. But, if for some reason you do not like a scent, they guarantee they will replace it for another one you will love.

According to their website, each fragrance bottle lasts approximately 350 hours or about a month with regular use. What I love about Pura is that all of their fragrances are pet and family friendly! They do not contain phthalates, parabens, dichlorobenzene or petrolatum. I have always avoided diffusers because I do not want us or my dog breathing in harsh chemicals all-day long.

If this device was not convenient enough already, Pura offers a subscription program that ensures you will never run out of fragrances. All you have to do is pick fragrances you love or want to try, and then decide if you want to get them monthly, bi-monthly or tri-monthly.

After trying the device for a week, I must say I love it! It has quickly become one of my new favorite home gadgets because of how convenient it is for people on the go. I feel safe using it since all the fragrances are clean and it truly keeps my home smelling good. Pura would make a great gift for anyone year-round, especially for new homeowners.
